Individual Counseling Sessions
I offer 5o minute sessions with the option of meeting in-person or as tele-health over a HIPAA-compliant platform. The frequency of sessions will be a collaborative decision we make based upon your needs.
If you opt for tele-health sessions, please note that due to tele-health license regulations, clients must be in the state of Rhode Island or New Hampshire at the time of service.
Fees
Rates: Initial in-take $175/session and on-going individual therapy $150/session
I am an out-of-network provider. Some insurance plans include out-of-network benefits and you may be eligible for reimbursement. This varies by plan and I encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to inquire about your benefits. Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill which is the term designated for the statement with all required information to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if eligible. Payment is due at the time of service.
As part of the federal No Surprises Act, out-of-network providers are required to provide clients with a Good Faith Estimate. At the start of treatment, I will provide you with the estimated cost of services that are reasonably expected for the therapy plan. If you are billed for $400 more than this Good Faith Estimate (GFE), you have the right to dispute the bill. For more information, please see CMS.gov.
